Abstract
BACKGROUND: Breast cancer survivors not only experience distressing physical symptoms associated with treatments, but also are faced with psychosocial challenges. Despite growing scientific evidence that physical activity (PA) may mitigate psychosocial distress experienced by women treated for breast cancer, the literature is equivocal.Entities:

aThe ACSM/AHA joint physical activity recommendation is 150 min of moderate to vigorous activity per week
bHours per week includes strength exercise
cMET-h/week includes strength training weighted as moderate activity

Regression models were conducted with age and BMI as covariates
ACSM American College of Sports Medicine, AHA American Heart Association, CRF cardiorespiratory fitness, PA physical activity
aCardiorespiratory fitness and physical activity were modeled as continuous variables
bPhysical activity levels were classified as those who did not meet vs. those who met the ACSM/AHA joint physical activity recommendation of 150 min of moderate to vigorous activity per week
