Labial adhesion in a reproductive aged girl.

Abstract

This report describes a case of a 22-year-old girl who had labial adhesion. Her primary complaints were difficulty voiding and temporary urinary retention during menstruation for 10 years. The patient was evaluated and underwent surgical lysis of labial adhesion under regional anesthesia.
