Abstract
A case of avascular necrosis of the lunate bone in a 6-year-old boy is reported. This is the youngest child reported in literature with Kienböck's disease. Clinical and radiological healing was obtained with conservative treatment. Non-operative management is recommended in children with avascular necrosis of the lunate bone.Entities:
