Abstract
Endobronchial hamartoma is a special form of pulmonary hamartoma. We report a histologically proven case of an endobronchial lipomatous hamartoma with extrabronchial-mediastinal extension in a 64-year-old patient, and we describe the computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging findings. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of an endobronchial hamartoma extending into the mediastinum.Entities:
