Abstract
Second malignancy is one of the late complications of long-term cancer survivors, treated with radiation or chemotherapy. Here is a case report on acute myelogenous leukemia, which developed after 63 months following the completion of treatment with surgery and platinum-based chemoradiation in a patient of carcinoma cervix IB. The above-mentioned second malignancy is one of the late sequelae of platinum-based chemoradiation. This case is reported here for documentation because of its rarity.Entities:
