Lymphatic abnormalities in Alagille's syndrome.

Abstract

Chylous pleural effusions developed in a patient with Alagille's syndrome who had dysplasia of the lymphatic system. Lymphatic abnormalities are not a recognised feature of Alagille's syndrome.
