On-bead library screening made easier.

Dehua Pei1.

Abstract

In this issue of Chemistry & Biology, Astle et al. report the rapid identification of the most active hits from a large one-bead-one-compound peptoid library by magnetic sorting and without the need for labor-intensive resynthesis of the hits. Copyright (c) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
