Abstract
A 42-year-old male presented with recurrent hemoptysis owing to a leaking peripheral pulmonary artery aneurysm. He was treated with selective coil embolization of the right posterior basal segmental artery to achieve hemostasis. This case is reported for its unsuspected presentation and rarity and to highlight the use of catheter coil embolization to achieve endovascular exclusion of the aneurysm from pulmonary circulation.Entities:
