Infantile myofibromatosis of the temporal bone: a case report.

Abstract

We present the first case of solitary temporal bone infantile myofibromatosis. This benign entity clinically and radiologically resembles a malignant process. Diagnosis is established with biopsy and electron microscopy studies. Local resection is the recommended treatment.
