Abstract
A 46-year-old man with polyarteritis nodosa and multiple myocardial infarctions treated with multiple percutaneous coronary interventions presented again with atypical angina. Coronary angiography revealed triple-vessel coronary artery disease. This patient underwent four-vessel coronary artery bypass graft and recovered uneventfully. A review of the literature and discussion of the surgical management of this patient is presented. 2010 The Society of Thoracic Surgeons. Published by Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.Entities:
