Giant multi-polypoid liposarcoma of the esophagus: an atypical presentation.

Liposarcomas of the esophagus are rare with only 19 cases reported in the English literature. We present a giant, well-differentiated liposarcoma of the esophagus with multiple pedunculated polypoid-like growths, which made it radiographically and pathologically noncharacteristic.
