Abstract
Chorea is a rare complication of major cardiac surgery, which has been related to profound hypothermia and circulatory arrest. We describe a case of choreic syndrome in a child which followed normothermic cardiac bypass and only became apparent clinically when the child was treated with captopril.Entities:
