Abstract
Hospital executives may not always know exactly how much their institutions spend each year on clinical equipment maintenance, but they do know their costs are too high, according to a new survey sponsored by a Milwaukee-based biomedical engineering contractor. The survey's sponsor says a carefully administered cost-reduction program for equipment maintenance can reap about a 20 percent savings.Mesh:
