Marjolin's ulcer associated with chronic osteomyelitis.

Abstract

Marjolin's ulcer is a squamous cell carcinoma that is sometimes associated with chronic osteomyelitis. It occurs when soft tissue degenerates after a long period of chronic inflammation. A good outcome depends on a prompt wound biopsy.
