Abstract
A transparent polyurethane dressing (Omiderm) for free flaps is presented. Considering the importance of reliable flap monitoring postoperatively, this synthetic membrane allows for constant ability to observe the flap, assess the capillary filling, and detect the blood flow with an ultrasound Doppler device.Entities:
