Abstract
Clozapine induced sialorrhea is a common and troublesome adverse effect leading to poor treatment compliance. Although there are various treatment options, none has been demonstrated to be superior. In our case study, amisulpride 150 mg/d significantly reduced troublesome daytime sialorrhea along with minimal improvement in nocturnal sialorrhea.Entities:
