Large osteochondroma of the mandibular condyle treated by condylectomy using a transzygomatic approach.

Abstract

This article presents an interesting case of osteochondroma of the mandibular condyle with multiple projections in a 42-year-old man. Owing to the large size of the lesion, surgical condylectomy was performed using a transzygomatic approach. Copyright 2009 International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
