Persistent left superior vena cava resulting in left-to-right shunt.

Abstract

We present an infant with unusual anatomy and physiology of a persistent left superior vena cava (LSVC). The adverse physiologic consequences of the LSVC were corrected with percutaneous placement of vascular plugs.
