Abstract
There are several subepidermal bullous diseases. In some, the clinicopathological features are distinctive, whereas in others there is a variable degree of overlap that necessitates the use of ultrastructural and biochemical studies to distinguish the different diseases. In this paper, we review the literature and describe our experience using simplified immunological techniques in the diagnosis of subepidermal bullous diseases.Mesh:
