Abstract
The management of a previously reported case of massive osteolysis of the mandible with intravenous bisphosphonate, vascularized free bone graft, and dental implants is reported. Restoration of adequate cosmetics and masticatory function was achieved. Despite the use of bisphosphonates, there were no complications with osseointegration. The reconstruction remained stable and functional 6 years afterward. Copyright (c) 2010 Mosby, Inc. All rights reserved.Entities:
