Abstract
Iliocaval arteriovenous fistula is an uncommon, but challenging condition. The most common cause is spontaneous rupture of the iliac artery into the venous system due to aneurismal dilatation. We report a case of iliocaval fistula after previous aortic surgery presenting as acute liver failure as most prominent part of multiple organ failure and successful endovascular repair.Entities:
