Abstract
Wegener granulomatosis is a systemic vasculitis with distinct clinical and histologic features often characterized with involvement of the upper airway, lung, and kidneys. The reported incidence of gastrointestinal involvement is relatively rare, with histologic confirmation often lacking. We report a case in which gastrointestinal involvement was the principal feature, with CT and histologic correlation.Entities:
