Abstract

A multispecialty clinic practice is a common practice arrangement for colorectal surgeons. A practice of this type has a variety of features, both positive and negative. This article explores the location, practice patterns, lifestyles, compensation, and academic opportunities associated with a multispecialty clinic practice. This information can assist younger surgeons in choosing a practice opportunity and guide experienced surgeons' career progression.
