Abstract
Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia is a rare, benign, lymphoproliferative disease usually found in the gastrointestinal tract. It has never been reported in the sinuses. We present an unusual case of pulmonary nodular lymphoid hyperplasia with locally invasive sinus involvement and describe the CT, MRI and positron emission tomography findings.Entities:
