Abstract
Topic of professional burnout has been discussed in Poland since 80'. Professional burnout is a state of emotional and physical exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. As the stress continues, you begin to lose the interest or motivation of job, additionally burnout reduces your productivity and energy. That's why it's important to recognize the early signs of burnout and head it off. Three phases of professional burnout have been described: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. The risk of professional burnout involves especially people who are suffering from many disturbances, including dermatological diseases and carry out of professions named Human Services.Entities:
