Abstract
Histoplasmosis is an endemic fungal infection that can involve any organ when disseminated. Although oral, pharyngeal, laryngeal, and endobronchial involvement have been described, direct tracheal involvement has not been reported. We describe the first case of disseminated histoplasmosis with direct involvement of the trachea. The endobronchial manifestations of histoplasmosis are reviewed.Entities:
