[The changes of the main indices of the blood coagulation system in pregnant women with thrombotic complications].

The dynamics of some parameters of hemostasis (vascular-thrombocytic, coagulation and anticoagulation chains) in 303 pregnant women while the thrombotic complications occurrence and in 76 healthy pregnant women was studied up. The most pronounced pathological changes were revealed in the II and III trimesters of pregnancy in women, suffering thrombotic complications. A change of the thrombocytes form as a primary answer was noted while studying their aggregation capacity. A content of thrombin-antithrombin complex and a fibrin products of elimination (D-dimer) have had exceeded such in a control group, trusting the fibrinolysis and coagulation processes activation present.
