Abstract
Although lipoma is a common benign mesenchymal tumor, its occurrence in the omentum is a rare finding. We report an unusual case of omental lipoma in a 13-year-old adolescent girl. The mass was completely excised and weighed 12.3 kg. The patient is alive and well with no evidence of recurrence at 4 months of follow-up.Entities:
