Abstract
Bilateral fracture-dislocation of the sacroiliac joint with intrapelvic displacement of the sacrum is a rare and extremely severe injury. We treated a patient with bilateral fracture-dislocation of the sacroiliac joint using a nonoperative method and obtained an excellent functional result.Entities:
