Abstract
Children with PHACES syndrome commonly present with aortic coarctation and abnormalities of the supra-aortic and intracranial arteries. We describe a case of complex aortic coarctation in the context of PHACES syndrome, where preoperative detection of abnormalities in supra-aortic and intracranial arteries led to modification of the surgical technique adopted, in order to avoid potential neurological damage.Entities:
