[Fibromyxoid sarcoma of kidney].

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To report a case of fibromyxoid sarcoma of the kidney. CLINIC REPORT: A 28-year-old male patient attended the urological outpatient clinic for left varicocele associated with abdominal pain, fatigue, and weight loss.
CONCLUSIONS: Low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma of the kidney is an uncommon tumor. Surgery is the treatment of choice for this condition. Pathological analysis provides the final diagnosis. Copyright 2008 AEU. Published by Elsevier España, S.L. All rights reserved.
