Abstract
Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is the most common soft tissue tumour in children. This is the first time a facial RMS metastatic to the pancreas is reported. The patient was a 3-year-old boy with a symptomatic solitary pancreatic metastasis of a primary facial RMS, with already one relapse in a submental lymph node. Since this was the second relapse of the disease and due to the extensive nature of the mass, the patient was considered for palliative care and a bypass procedure with a choledochojejunostomy, a gastrojejunostomy and a cholecystectomy was performed. The patient expired 6 months later.Entities:
