Abstract
A 30-year-old nulliparous woman, who was infertile for greater than 3 years, conceived after the procedures of a simple method of zona cutting, cryopreservation, and ZIFT. This case illustrates: (1) acid medium, chymotrypsin, or sucrose are not needed for the procedure of zona cutting; (2) the zygotes resulting from zona cutting survive through freezing and thawing; and (3) oocyte retrieval can be done concomitant with conservative surgery for endometriosis.Entities:
