Extensive balanitis xerotica obliterans of urethrocutaneous fistula presenting as mass in scrotum.

A rare case of extensive lichen sclerosis (balanitis xerotica obliterans) involving the anterior urethra, urethrocutaneous fistula, and scrotum is described in a middle-aged man who presented with a history of obstructive voiding symptoms.
