Abstract
Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are at increased risk of harm as a consequence of errors in medical care. Hug and colleagues highlight the significance of adverse drug events in hospitalized patients with CKD. Their findings demonstrate the role adverse drug events play in the safety of patients with CKD and underscore the importance of novel strategies intended to reduce such medical errors.Entities:
