Abstract
Carpal boss is a relatively uncommon cause of pain and swelling on the dorsum of the wrist and usually presents in adult patients. However, it is occasionally seen in adolescents. We describe an unusual case of a 15-year-old girl with a carpal boss treated surgically after failed conservative treatment. Surgical excision of the carpal boss resulted in relief of symptoms with no complications.Entities:
