Abstract
Two cases of infection of the central nervous system (CNS) with Haemophilus parainfluenzae--a 12-month-old girl with meningitis and a 17-month-old girl with brain abscess--are reported. Both infants had long-standing upper respiratory infection before CNS disease. Both recovered after treatment.Entities:
