Abstract
Deltamethrin belongs to the pyrethroids group of insecticides. Poisoning due to pyrethroids clinically resembles poisoning due to other common insecticides like organophosphates. This overlap of presentations can lead to misdiagnosis. We present here such a case of deltamethrin poisoning.Entities:
