Abstract
Analysis was made of 25 cc. of vacuolar sap, obtained from over 300 cells of Halicystis collected in their position of growth in Bermuda. The determinations agree very well with those of the stranded cells, except that there is even less potassium present. The K:Na ratio is 0.0114.Entities:
