Meningeal metastasis of leiomyosarcoma mimicking meningioma: CT and MR findings.

Abstract

A case of leiomyosarcoma metastatic to the meninges is reported. The tumor had imaging features typical for meningioma on CT and postcontrast magnetic resonance.
