Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disease of unknown etiology primarily affecting the lungs, skin, and lymph nodes. The disease usually manifests in young adults and is uncommon in childhood. Renal involvement, including granulomatous interstitial nephritis (GIN), is rare, and few cases of isolated sarcoid GIN have been reported in pediatrics.
