Abstract
Left-ventricular non-compaction (LVNC) associated with coronary artery disease (CAD) is very rare. We present the case of a 48-year-old man who presented with recent anterior wall myocardial infarction and detected to have LVNC predominantly involving septum diagnosed by two-dimensional echocardiography. He also had significant two-vessel coronary artery disease. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of LVNC associated with CAD described in the literature.Entities:
