Abstract
We describe a child who presented with a traumatic hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm and arterioportal fistula, which were subsequently managed with an endovascular stent graft and coil embolization using flow control with balloon remodeling. This case demonstrates a rarely seen condition in the pediatric population and a novel management strategy, which should be considered in the management of this complex injury.Entities:
