Brian Curtin1, Doug Abbott, John Nyland, David Caborn.

Abstract

A case of bilateral knee pain and compromised function in an adolescent tennis player caused by symptomatic fenestrated bucket handle medial plicae is presented. Arthroscopic resection relieved all symptoms. The patient returned to competitive tennis and was without complaint at 12 month (left knee) and 18 month (right knee) follow-up.
