Walker-Warburg Syndrome Manifesting as Leopard Spot Retinopathy, Retinal Detachment, and Microphthalmia.

Walker-Warburg syndrome, also known as HARD+/-E, is a congenital autosomal recessive disorder characterized by hydrocephalus, agyria, and retinal dysplasia, with or without encephalocele.
