Knowledge of drugs and sources of information.

Abstract

General practitioners are constantly bombarded about drugs, yet there is no standard set for the drug knowledge database. The results of two surveys of the sources of information on drugs by doctors are given. Comments are made about the Scottish Drug Tariff, which is little used by doctors because of its poor presentation.
