Abstract
In this report, a case is presented of a patient with advanced heart failure who had asymptomatic pancreatic gout, which masqueraded as metastatic pancreatic cancer. This unusual presentation of gout was important to recognize, as the presence of a pancreatic cancer would have precluded cardiac transplantation in an otherwise suitable candidate.Entities:
