Retinal arteriolar macroaneurysm and congenital retinal macrovessel.

Variations in the morphology of the aneurysm and its serosanguineous complications serve to make a retinal arteriolar macroaneurysm, a common masquerading entity, particularly if it is accompanied by another un-associated retinal vascular abnormality.
