Abstract
Choosing a single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping method that suits specific research needs is not much less of a challenge than determining the genetic components underlying the disease and/or trait being investigated. This is especially true with a long list of tempting methodologies available, as summarized in this book. Here, from an end-user point of view, we discuss how a commercially available genotyping platform, the Invader assay, can be utilized to meet the needs and demands of human genomic research in a laboratory.Entities:
