Abstract
We report on a case of very late stent thrombosis, 51 months after implantation of a sirolimus-eluting stent and 15 months after clopidogrel discontinuation. This case underlines the possible need for long-term antiplatelet medication in patients receiving sirolimus-eluting stents.Entities:
